Would Christianity view the Holocaust as evil, if the Nazis had won the war?

At UD Barry and the Gang of “true Christians” continue their assertiveness of their so-called christian morality and values, including the issue of evil mentioned by me in the previous OPs…

Barry and the Gang seem certain, that if Nazis had won the war, Christians would be the only ones to acknowledge that the Holocaust was evil…How can they be so certain? It’s easy now since the Nazis lost the war… Do they have any evidence to make those assumptions?

Out of pure curiosity and began researching the issue and stumbled upon many historic facts that indicate that many Christian Churches actually supported Hitler in many aspects of his ideology, including such as the promised protection from the godless Bolsheviks. I also found out that many Christian Churches turned the blind eye toward the systematic killing of Jews, which was mostly motivated by churches’ religious prejudices dating back to the death of Jesus Christ….

My question is this:

How could Barry and other Christians be so sure that if the Nazis had won the war, the Christian Churches would oppose the Nazis justification of the holocaust, if they hadn’t done so during the war and it took them 50-60 years to reluctantly acknowledge that the Holocaust was evil?

  1. We can’t go back in time to see what they would do.

    We can see what they have done more recently.

    When they were confronted with the candidacy of Donald Trump, did they reject him for the moral monster that he is? Did they vote against him because of his racist and anti-semitic policy proposals?

    We now know what they did. They provided the votes that elected Trump. They continued to support his grossly immoral policies. They repeatedly made excuses for his moral failures.

    For years, they have been preaching “For what shall it profit a man, if he gain the whole world but lose his own soul!?” They have not been listening to their own preaching.

    Barry still seems to be arguing that Christianity is the source of morality. But what we actually see is very different.

    I left the Catholic Church many years ago for many reasons…

    I didn’t lose my faith in God though…at least to certain degree…I think, but I had lost my faith in organized religion as a whole long before that…

    My grandfather told me that he didn’t trust organized religion, mainstream mainly, because they were just as corrupt as the politicians or more…

    He was a simple man but very, wise…My father followed his father’s footsteps…
    Am I bound to do the same?
    I am way more educated than them… I have access to many things they could even dream about… But one thing is missing or is unresolved for now though…
    Am I as wise as they were? Am I wiser? Who is going or can judge?

    But yes, they are rare. Not rarer though than among the population at large.

    Yes, there are. But, for the most part, they are not the Christians who are bragging about being the moral backbone of the nation.

  7. My view regarding “Christianity” that cooperated with the Nazis or turned the blind eye to the extermination of Jews is that if the Nazis had won the war, the Christian Churches would probably find some excuses to justify it, such as:

    Jews should have never rejected Jesus…
    Or Jews should have embraced Christianity…
    Or even something like this: Jews shouldn’t have been greedy and should have controlled the German industry, which ruined the German economy and drove the majority of Germans into poverty…

    Can anybody think about any other possible excuses?

    This man, on the other hand, was the torturer and collaborator in genocide against Orthodox Christians, Gypsies and Jews.

    Lesser assertions and accusations get people punished everywhere.
    its hateful, i use that word rarely, to accuse christianity, true christians, any christians with unique or joining the part designs to murder people!!
    why the holocaust?
    the point is about murdering people. tHe jewish holocaust was just another one. however more innocent people were murdered in wwii then Jews and remember that one sees ones own people as more important then foreigners.

    I say killing one of our soldiers was also murder. Our soldiers were innocent fighters in self defence, mostly i think,.
    the world does not see killing soldiers as murder but fair play tHats the moral problem with war.
    christianity always taught all killing was evil save in self defence or judicial punishment. Few wars therefore were justified by even one side.

    This is a provoking subject to accuse people of a faith with murder acceptance.
